摘　　要：本文首先在回顾粮食安全传统定义的基础上,从我国国情出发,从粮食价格的视角重新界定了我国粮食安全的定义;创新性地提出用粮食价格的端值比和离散系数对我国的粮食安全进行评估,并根据这两个指标对我国粮食安全程度设立了不同的安全警界,从而对我国粮食安全的警度进一步进行评估,其评估的结果与现实中出现的粮食安全现象高度一致。Based on the review of the traditional definition of food security and the situation of our country, the article redefines the food security from the point of the grain price, advances the max-min price ratio and discrete coefficient to evaluate Chinese food security and sets up different security alarm bounds for farther research. It shows that the outcome of the evaluation of those two indexes exhibits high similarity to the real phenomenon in food security.
