摘 要:针对铜矿峪铜矿的支护型式、工艺与设备,建立了从地表到井下包括混凝土料的制备、运输和浇注的支护系统,开展了混凝土材料的性能试验并提出了满足设计及工艺要求的混凝土配比,实施了切实可行的金属模板快速支护,保证了底部结构的稳定和矿石的安全放出。Aiming at the support pattern and the technology,equipment and materials used for the bottom structure support in Tongkuangyu copper mine,the authors have established the support system from surface to underground,including the preparation,delivery and placing of concrete material, made a test of concrete material for performance and composition ratio, presented the composition ratio of conerete which can meet the requirements of design and technology,conducted the quick support by means of feasible meatl mouldboard,and ensured the stability of bottom structure and the reliable ore removal.
