“呃逆”模型猫消化道5-HT释放及调控机制研究

摘　　要：目的:研究实验性呃逆状态下猫的病理生理学改变,为中医学“胃气上逆”病理病机理论实质提供实验依据。方法:以分子生物学及电镜等技术观察顺铂诱发呕吐猫的血清、胃、肠组织中5-HT及5-HIAA含量S、OD及MAO活性。结果:频发呕吐猫的血清、胃、肠组织5-HT及5-HIAA含量明显升高,SOD及MAO活性降低。结论:“胃气上逆”病理变化的机制之一,与SOD及MAO活性降低,致使胃、肠组织中5-HT过量释放、分解速度减慢有关。Objective： To study the pathophysiological change of cats in experimental vomiting state and provide experimental basis for detecting the pathological mechanism of reverse ascending of Stomach-Qi. Method ： Molecular biology method and electromircoscope were applied to observe the concentrations of 5-HT, 5-HIAA and the activities of SOD, MAO in serum, gastrointestinal tissues of vomiting cats induced by cisplatin. Results： 5-HT, 5-HIAA concentrations in serum, gastrointestinal tissues of high-frequency vomiting cats increased obvious, but the activities of SOD and MAO decreased. Conclusion： One of mechanisms of reverse ascending of Stomach-Qi is associated with that the decreasing of activities of SOD and MAO caused gastrointestinal tissues releasing 5-HT excessively, and also, 5-HT broke down slowly.
