摘  要:目的:探讨吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)急性期湿热证与垂体-肾上腺皮质轴的关系。方法:对GBS患者进行中医辨证,分为湿热证组和非湿热证组。对两组分别进行皮质醇(COR)和促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)含量的测定,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果:GBS急性期湿热证组COR含量高于非湿热证组和正常对照组(P<0.05),湿热证组ACTH含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05),与非湿热证组比较无统计学差异。结论:GBS急性期湿热证患者的垂体-肾上腺皮质轴功能表现为ACTH下降COR升高的非ACTH依赖性肾上腺皮质激素分泌。Objective: To discuss the relation of syndrome of damp-heat of acute period of GBS with hypophysis-adrenal cortex axis. Mesthod: 34 patients with GBS were separate two groups (group of damp-heat syndrome, group of nondamp-heat syndrome) by differentiated syndromes of TCM. This two groups and normal control group were detected the level of cortisol (COR) and adrenocorticotropin (ACTH). These data were compared with normal control group. Result: The level of COR of damp-heat syndrome group was higher than nondamp-heat syndrome group and normal control group (P 〈 0.05). The level of ACTH of damp-heat syndrome group was lower than normal control group( P 〈 0.05). But comparing with nondamp-heat syndrome group, them was not obvious difference. Conclusion: Hypophysis-adrenal cortex axial function of patients with damp-heat syndrome of acute period of GBS shows non-ACTH-mediated regulation of adrenal cortex which manifests the level of ACTH decrease and the level of COR increase.
