摘　　要：随着高校后勤社会化改革的推进,高校逐年扩招的形势下,大学生公寓管理是目前高校学生管理的难点、重点,本文着重从思想政治工作如何加强学生公寓建设方面进行了探讨,希望对从事学生管理工作人员有所裨益。Along with the situation that the universities rear service socialization reform advancement and the universities expands year by year , the university students＇doemitories management is the difficulty and key in the present universities students manages. This article emphatically discusses how to strengthen the student apartment constructiont from the aspcect of indeolagy and political education, and hopes it shouled have a benefit to the student supervisor.
