摘　　要：认真改革传统的单一的教学方式和方法,积极倡导感化式教学,以平等、民主、和谐的课堂气氛,多种多样的教学手段,引导学生“亲其师、信其道”,各自发挥独特的才能,塑造完美的人格,自觉具备优良的心理健康标准,培养知行统一的良好的道德品质,同传统的错误观念做最彻底的决裂。Reform the teaching method and traditional methods, initiate the reform type teaching actively, with equal, democracy, harmonious classroom atmosphere, varied teaching means, guide the student＂ close its teacher, believe its teachings＂, each wrong ideas special ability and self-moving, mold the perfect personality, aware of having good mental healthy standard, develop them to know and how to do to break with traditional wrong ideas most thoroughly, become good characters on the foundation of lofty and moral behavior lofty morals behavior foundation.
