摘　　要：作者提出了企业生态管理系统的概念。阐述了企业生态管理系统的组成和结构,并提出了调控系统生产力的途径。作者还应用了系统生态学的原理,对企业系统生态要素及其相互关系作了开拓性的探讨,具有一定的创新价值。The writer puts forward the idea that the business enterprise ecology manages the system, announcing the structure that the composition and the business enterprise ecologies manage the system, that and raise the method of adjust the system productivity. The writer still applies the principle of the system ecology, make to aim at the busi- ness enterprise system to query the necessary factor of the ecology in the early years and it of correlation had some creative value for certain .
