摘　　要：健全各项规章制度,实行院系两级管理,是成人教育本科生毕业论文管理工作顺利开展的必要保障;提高成人教育本科生论文质量;实施奖励制度,调动学生积极性;组织评审小组,重视毕业论文答辩工作,锻造优秀毕业论文。Perfecting rules and implementing the administration of both college and department are necessary guarantee of the paper management. We must enhance the paper levels of adult educational undergraduates; put rewarding systems in practice, amuse the enthusiasm of students; organize juries, attach importance to the paper defense, forge excellent graduate papers.
