摘 要:研究二氧化氯消毒剂活化条件对二氧化氯含量的影响因素,探索最佳活化条件,采用五步碘量法与悬液定量杀灭试验进行了实验室研究。结果,在20℃条件下,将亚氯酸钠(A剂)与柠檬酸(B剂)各取1.0 g溶解于5 m l水中,活化30 m in,生成二氧化氯含量为质量分数7.454%,二氧化氯活化率为82.10%;溶解于100 m l水中,活化30 m in,生成二氧化氯含量仅为0.238%,二氧化氯活化率仅2.62%。将A剂与B剂各取1.0 g溶解于5m l水中,活化10 m in,生成二氧化氯含量为质量分数3.64%;活化240 m in,生成二氧化氯含量达到9.079%,二氧化氯活化率达到100%;活化时间继续延长,生成二氧化氯含量则逐步下降,二氧化氯开始分解。以含二氧化氯149 mg/L,浸泡作用15 m in,对悬液内枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值>5.0。结论,亚氯酸钠以柠檬酸为活化剂,在20℃条件下,二氧化氯的生成量随活化水量增多而降低,随活化时间的延长而增高,活化时间超过4 h生成含量下降。该二氧化氯消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭效果较好。In order to study the influencing factors of chlorine dioxide disinfectant activation conditions on chlorine dioxide content and to explore the best activation conditions, five - step iodometric method and suspension quantitative germicidal test were used to carry out laboratory study. Results: Under 20℃ condition, 1.0 g each of sodium chlorite (agent A) and citric acid (agent B) were dissolved in 5 ml of water and activated for 30 min. The content of chlorine dioxide formed was 7. 454% (m/m) and the activation rate of chlorine dioxide was 82.10%. When the two agents were dissolved in 100 ml of water and activated for 30 min, the content of chlorine dioxide formed was only 0. 238% and the activation rate of chlorine dioxide was only 2.62%. 1.0 g each of agent A and agent B were dissolved in 5 ml of water and activated for 10 min, the content of chlorine dioxide formed was 3.64% (m/m). When the activation time was 240 min, the content of chlorine dioxide formed attained 9. 079% and the activation rate of chlorine dioxide attained 100%. Prolongation of activation time caused gradual decrease in chlorine dioxide formed and chlorine dioxide began to decompose. Immersion in the solution containing chlorine dioxide 149 mg/L for 15 rain killed Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in suspension by a logarithm 〉 5.0. Conclusions: When citric acid is used as the activator of sodium chlorite, under 20℃ condition, the quantity of chlorine dioxide formed decreases with increasing amount of activating water and increases with prolonging activating time. When the activating time exceeds 4 h, the content of chlorine dioxide formed decreases. The chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good efficacy in killing B. subtilis var. niger spores.
