摘  要:以脱胶煮炼酶CKDR○为代表的复合生物酶开始被广泛用于苎麻脱胶中,亚麻、黄麻等木质素含量相对高的麻纤维能否采用CKDR○进行脱胶,木质素去除效果是关键。针对这一问题,文章探讨了脱胶煮炼酶CKDR○在处理木质素含量相对高的苘麻纤维时木质素的去除情况。实验结果表明,CKDR○酶对苘麻木质素有一定去除作用,去除率为11.60%;实验还获得了CKD○R酶处理苘麻的最佳工艺,影响木质素去除的主次要排列次序依次为:处理温度、CKD○R酶浓度、处理时间;CKDR○酶处理过程中,木质素的去除率受温度、时间、酶用量3个因素的协同作用。The degumming and scouting enzymes named as CKD , a kind of compound enzymes, was used in ramie degumming. In this paper, the delignification effect was studied during cheating abutilon fibers in use of CKD . The result showed that the delignification of CKD enzyme on abutilon fibers was effective although the rate of delignification was only 11.60% in the experiment. Optimization process in use of CKD enzyme and the effect of parameters on delignification were obtained, the treating temperature was the most important, the second important effect was CKD enzyme concentration and the last one was treating time. During treatment of CKD enzyme, the rate of delignification was the result of total effection on temperature, time and concentration.
