拉细羊毛与天然超细支羊毛织物的产品特性分析与比较

摘　　要：文章以生产纯毛高支单面哔叽为例,分析比较了拉细羊毛纤维与普通超细支羊毛纤维生产高支轻薄毛精纺面料的工艺重点及织物风格。分析结果表明:由于拉细羊毛纤维外观和结构的变化,使其性能特点与常规羊毛有所不同,从而赋予织物不同的风格特征。提出,若将2种纤维进行混纺,可充分发挥纤维自身优势互补的特性,改善其加工性能及面料的服用性能。The style and craft point of super-fine yarn and light-weight worsted fabric which produced with OPTIM fine wool-fiber and normal wool were compared. The pure wool super-fine serge fabric was used as an example. The results demonstrated the performance characteristics of OPTIM fine wool-fiber differed with normal wool because of the changes of appearance and the structure. The performance differences resulted in the style differences of the fabric as well.The results also demonstrated the blended fabric would have better processing performance and qualities compared with single wool fabric.
