沼气建设对农村骨干人群健康相关知识、态度和行为影响的定性研究

摘　　要：目的了解沼气建设对农民健康相关知识、态度、行为影响因素,探讨农民健康教育需求状况。方法采用定性研究方法,对沼气建设示范村骨干人群和乡村医生进行专题小组访谈,共45组。结果90%以上的乡村骨干人群对沼气建设及其综合利用的好处持赞赏态度,认为沼气建设是一件清洁再生能源、促进农民健康、建设社会主义新农村的好事,但需要进行科学和规范化。医生普遍认为沼气建设有助于农民卫生行为形成,促进农民的健康意识和生活质量的提高。结论乡村骨干人群是农村沼气建设的核心力量,该人群和已经持证上岗技术员的健康相关知识、态度和行为,是影响农村沼气建设与促进环境卫生改善的关键因素,也是加快农村沼气建设,促进预防常见传染病、提高农民健康意识的重要因素。Objective To understand the influencing factors of peasants＇ health related knowledge, attitude and behavior causing by bio-gas construction and explore the demands of health education of peasants. Methods Mainly used focus group discussion method, and called 45 groups of core people and rural doctors in bio-gas construction villages. Results More than 90% village leaders who attended the discussion agreed with the profits of the bio-gas construction and usage. They were sure that bio-gas was a kind of clean and reproducible energy sources which could promote peasants＇ health and the construction of socialistic new country. But it still needed to be scientized and standardized. Most of rural doctors thought the bio-gas construction would help to shape the health behaviors of peasants and promote their health awareness and life quality. Conclusion Village leaders were not only the core force for the bio-gas construction, but also affected village people＇ s health related knowledge, attitudes and behaviors for the bio-gas utilization, because they were certificated as the technicians. It was the very important factor to quicken the village bio-gas construction, prevent the common infectious diseases and promote the health awareness of peasants.
