摘　　要：在我国,围绕企业所进行的融资结构理论分析虽然非常全面而深入,但这些理论分析、模型假设都是根据西方资本市场的实际而做出的。我国证券市场的发展历史很短,我国企业与发达国家企业面临的金融环境有天壤之别,其资本结构如何受各种经济因素的影响还有待于进一步研究。In our country around the financing structural theoretical analysis that enterprise carries out very completely, but these theoretical analysises and model assumptions are made according to the reality of western capital market. The development history of the security market of our country is very short, the financial environment that Chinese enterprise and the enterprise of developed country axe faced with has great difference, its capital structure how to still remain to study further by the influence of various economic factors.
