摘 要:炭疽病是杧果的重要病害,在对此病害的综合防治中,选种抗病品种是行之有效的措施。本研究运用杧果炭疽病高致病性菌株,对保存在中国热带农业科学院南亚热带作物研究所杧果种质资源圃的果品种抗病性进行了初步鉴定。结果表明,大部分的果品种为感病品种,其中爱文杧、乳杧、海豹、龙井大杧等为高感品种;紫花杧、金煌、实选-4、spooner为高抗品种;台农一号、粤西一号、台牙、贵妃、Mallika、桂香、凯特等为中抗品种;在所有供试品种的抗病鉴定中,没有发现免疫品种。Mango anthracnose (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.) is a serious disease in the mango producing areas in china. Choice of resistant cuhivars is one of the important measures to control the disease. The object of this work aims to identify the resistance of the accessed mango cuhivars in the mango germplasm repository of Southern Subtropical Crops Research Institute. The results showed that the majority of cuhivars were susceptible to anthracnose, among them, Irwin, Rumang,Haibao,Longjing,Damang were highly susceptible to anthracnose ;however 4 highly resistant cuhivars were also identified, such as Zhihua, Chun Hwang,Zhixuan No.4 and Spooner,etc. ;Tainong No.1 ,Yuexi No.1 ,Taiya, Guifei, Mallika, Guixiang and Keitt were moderately resistant to anthracnose, no immune ones in all tested cuhivars were noted.
