摘 要:通过不同时期人工接种苹果轮纹病菌菌丝,观察其对苹果当年生新梢和多年生枝条的侵染。结果表明5-8月份是苹果轮纹病菌侵染当年新梢的时期,其中5-7月份是侵染的高峰期,8月处于低谷,9月以后病菌不再侵染。同时看出5月病菌对各种枝龄枝条均能侵染,并且枝龄越小越易侵染;7月病菌对1~2年生枝条能够侵染,但对3年生以及多于3年生枝条难以侵染;9月病菌对各种枝龄枝条均不能侵染。The infection period of Botryosphaeria berengeriana f. sp piricola on apple branches was observed. The results showed that the pathogen could infect the shoots and branches from May to August. The period from May to July was the peak of infection; when in August the infection declined, and no longer infection after September. It was discovered that the pathogen could infect different branches in May, and the younger the easier to be infected. The pathogen could infect 1-2 years old branch in July, but it was difficult to infect branches of more than 3-year-old. In addition, it couldn' t infect all sorts of branch in September.
