油气井用射孔器评价方案的建立

摘  要:通过对SY/T5128《油气井用射孔器通用技术条件》的应用分析,结合射孔器产品的技术发展,并对按APIRP19B要求制作的混凝土靶试验对比验证,对该标准指标进行修订,增加射孔器评价品种,引进了对大孔径、高孔密射孔器的评价方案,规范了产品命名和术语,并应用计量抽样和计数抽样两种评价方案对射孔器评价,以求正确评价射孔器性能。By application analysis of SY/T 5128 "Universal Technology Conditions of Perforator Used in Oil and Gas Wells", the contrastive verification is petformed on the experiments of concrete targets whieh are made according to the requirements of API and RP19B, combined with technique development of perforators. Meanwhile, the following steps should he taken including the revision of the standard index, the increase of perforator evaluation types, an introduction to the evaluation scbeme of large aperture and high aperture-density peiforators, as well as regulation of product names and terms. At last, two evaluation schemes nf sampling by variable and sampling by attributes are applied to the perforators so as to assess the property of perforators correctly .
