摘　　要：论述应用虚拟仪器技术研制某型导弹电路模块自动测试仪中的一些关键的硬、软件技术,包括测试仪的硬件平台设计,软件系统的设计,并用了一个实例具体说明测试应用软件算法的设计过程。最后介绍了测试仪硬、软件系统联试中的一些关键技术以及系统现场运行的结果。Key issues of virtual instrument based automatic test instrument for missile electronic modules, including the hardware and software design, are presented. Given a real example, the designing process of software algorithm for the automatic test instrument is also illustrated. Finally, some key issues on the hardware and software cooperation and the working results of this instrument are discussed.
