摘  要:应用离散梁原理,在ADAMS/Car模式下建立了钢板弹簧的仿真模型;并用共同曲率法推导出渐变刚度钢板弹簧的刚度计算公式。最后对某一钢板弹簧进行建模仿真,仿真结果与理论计算和试验结果进行了对比分析,证明该建模方法的可行性,为汽车悬架、整车的进一步仿真分析奠定了基础。By applying the principle of discrete beam the emulation model of leaf spring was established under the pattern of ADAMS/Car, and the stiffness computation formulae of leaf spring with gradually changing stiffness were derived by means of common curvature method. Finally, the modeling and emulation were carried out upon certain leaf spring, and a comparative analysis has been conducted between the result of emulation and the results of theoretical calculation and test. The feasibility of this modeling method was testified, thus laid a foundation on further emulative analysis for automobile suspension frame and whole vehicle.
