摘 要:针对关于高压断路器电磁铁动作特性研究较少的现状,为深入了解电磁铁运动过程,得到其运动特性相关参数,为状态监测提供依据,对一弹簧操动机构的12 kV真空断路器进行实验和分析。主要基于振动信号,并结合合闸线圈电流,从振动时间、频谱特性和小波包分解能量分布来分析断路器的电磁铁动特性;并模拟铁心卡涩故障,对比正常和故障两种状态,找出相应的特征量。研究结果表明,振动信号反映断路器脱扣过程的运行特性,通过振动信号的分析,可以诊断出电磁铁的状态,能提高现有的高压断路器状态监测系统的水平。Little research has been done on the movement of electromagnets in high voltage circuit breakers. A 12 kV vacuum circuit breaker with a spring operating mechanism was built to study the electromagnet movements. The motion characteristics of the breaker electromagnet were studied by analyzing the vibration signals and the current in the closing coil in terms of the motion time, frequency spectrum, and energy distribution of the wavelet packet frequency band. The fault characteristics were identified by comparing normal and faulty states. The results show that the vibration signals reflect the electromagnet motion characteristics so they can be used to diagnose faults in circuit breakers to improve current monitoring systems.
