摘 要:本文探讨了前置悬浮填料床-化学生物絮凝工艺处理生活污水过程中化学和生物作用对污染物的协同去除机理。工艺对COD的去除规律表明,化学和生物对有机物的协同去除作用缓解了生物单元的压力,增加了系统抗冲击负荷的能力。进出水粒度分布分析结果表明化学和生物对有机物的协同去除作用使得工艺对小粒径(1~40μm)颗粒物的去除率较单纯的化学絮凝一级强化或生物二级处理高。工艺进出水和反应池中氮、磷营养物质分布规律表明,化学和生物的协同作用增加了工艺除磷脱氮效果,提高了工艺的稳定性。The pre-suspended carrier bed-chernical and biological flocculation process runs stably and has smaller effect on the process by the disturbance by external conditions, such as the climate, than the traditional activated sludge process; the effluent COD, TN, and TP concentration ofpre-suspended carrier bed-chernical and biological flocculation can meet the first grade (B) discharging standards for urban WWTPs (GB18918-2002) under the conditions of a SRT and chemical dosage of 6~8h and 70mg/L respectively. The combined chemical and biological pollutants removal mechanism in the pre-suspended carrier bed-chemical and biological flocculation process was enquired in the paper. COD removal results showed that the combined chemical and biological process reduced the pressure of the biological units and increased the loading fluctuation tolerance of the process; particle sizes distribution in the influent and the effluent illustrated that the process had a better performance than both the chemical flocculation processes and the secondary biological processes in small particle (1 ~40μm) removal because of the combined chemical and biological mechanism. The nitrogen and phosphorus distribution among influent, effluent and reactors demonstrated that the combined chemical and biological process increased the nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiencies and the stability of the process.
