摘 要:采用神经电生理学方法,观察了大鼠背部胸9及胸10脊神经背侧皮支感觉末梢之间的信息传递。结果表明,当某一脊髓节段的感觉神经末梢受到一定参数的串脉冲电流的刺激时,可引起相邻节段感觉神经末梢传入放电增多。在刺激后30s内,放电频率由对照的(0.19±0.02)Hz增加到(0.75±0.09)Hz(n=48,P<0.001),为对照值的3.9倍。提示在一定条件下,外周感觉神经末梢之间可以出现跨节段的信息传递。这可能是循经感传的神经生物学基础的一部分。The information transmission between the sensory nerve endings of dorsal cutaneous branches of the 9th and 10th thoracic spinal nerve was observed by neuroelectrophysiological methods.Results showed that the afferent impulse discharges of sensory nerve ending increased when an antidromic electric stimulation was given to an adjacent sensory nerve ending. Within thirty seconds after stimulation,the frequency of impulse discharges increased{from the control(0.19±0.02)Hz to(0.75±0.09)Hz(n= 48,P<0.001),which was 3.9times as high as that of the control.These results suggest that under certain conditions, the information transmission between two sensory nerve endings is a kind of peripheral information transmission,it may be the neurobiological basis of impulse conduction along channels.
