摘  要:针对试井工作中发生的钢丝绳断裂、人为破坏等引起的仪器落井事故,研制开发了一种新型电子式井下仪器投放仪。该投放仪结构简单,维护保养方便,可以将测试仪器定时定位地投放在井下任一层段进行各种测试。测试结束后,由配套打捞工具起出试井仪器,获取资料。该投放仪的使用,从根本上消除了长时间测试过程中可能存在的各种事故隐患,提高了测试动力设备的利用率及测试效率,降低了工人的劳动强度,节约了测试费用。经过现场160多次的试验,成功率达100%,取得了良好的效果。To the dropping incident of instrument for steel wire rupture or man-made destroy in well testing operation, a new model of electronic throwing in apparatus for down hole instrument is developed whose structure is simple, maintenance is convenient and which can drop testing instrument at any section to test with fixed time and depth. A match fishing tool can retrieve testing apparatus after the test- ing work to obtain data. Since its usage, every kind of hidden trouble has been eliminated radically to increase the utilizing ratio of equipment and testing efficiency and low man labor intension and economize testing cost. By 160 of field experiments, it is shows that the successful ratio is 100% that has a good effect.
