30例妊高征动态心电图扫描临床分析

摘　　要：应用24小时动态心电图计算机扫描仪,对30例中重度妊高征患者进行动态心电监测。结果表明:6例中度妊高征仅1例(16.67%)出现心电图异常,24例重度妊高征中有17例(70.83%)心电异常,两组差异十分显著,P<0.01。心电异常的发生随血压的增高及尿蛋白增多而递增。提示:重度妊高征多数伴有心肌受累,潜伏妊高征性心脏病心衰的危险。To determine the involvement of my- ocardium in patients who were complicated with mod- erate or severe PIH.Design:30 patients who were with PIH were studied and their holter monitor elec- trocardiography were analysed so as to determine their cardiac states.Results .Among the 6 cases of moderate PIH only one(16.67%)had abnormal ECG.While a- mong the 24 cases of severe PIH,17 patients (70.83%)had abnormal ECG.The differece between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).The occur- rence of abnormal ECG was increased with the in- creasing of hypertension and proteinuria.Conclusion: Most severe PIH were complicated with the involve- ment of myocardium and had the risk of heart disease and heart failure because of the PIH.
