参芪扶正注射液联合化疗治疗胃癌疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨参芪扶正注射液联合化疗在治疗胃癌中的作用。方法:将82例胃癌术后病人随机分成参芪扶正注射液联合化疗组和单纯化疗组。单纯化疗组:采用奥沙利铂(L-OHP)、亚叶酸钙(CF)、5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)三药方案。联合治疗组:在使用上方案化疗的同时加用参芪扶正注射液250mL静脉滴注,化疗前3天开始每天1次,连用10天,21天为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程。观察对比两组的临床症状、K P S评分变化、体重变化情况和副反应。结果:①两组临床症状改变有效率分别为61.9％和17．5％,差异有统计学意义(P<0．01);②联合治疗组治疗前后KPS评分改善加稳定的比率明显高于单纯化疗组(P<0．01);③联合治疗组体重稳定比率明显高于化疗组,且胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制率低于单纯化疗组。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Shenqi Fuzheng injection for assistance of chemotherapy in treating patients with cancer of stomach.Methods： 82 patients with stomach cancer were enrolled for this study. Chemotherapy set （40 cases）： L-OHP 130mg/m^2 on dayl vein drop notes 3 hours; CF 100mg/m^2, the vein drop notes, 1-5 days; 5-Fu 500 mg/m^2, after CF the 1-5 vein drop notes, maintaining 6 hours. Treatment set（42 cases）： At use above the case chemotherapy adds to use at the same time three Shenqi Fuzheng injection the liquid a vein drop note, chemotherapy the first 3 day beginning everyday once, connect to use 10 days, 21 days are one periods and with at least 2 periods.Observes to contrast two sets clinical advertise for the symptom, KPS grade point variety, weight the variety the circumstance with vice-reaction. Result： ①Two clinical advertise for the symptom changes efficient distinguishing to 61.9% with 17.5%.The statistic difference was seen in two groups （P〈0.01）; ②Unite chemotherapy a treatment in front and back the KPS grade point improvement adds the stable ratio obvious higher than pure chemotherapy set （ P〈0.01 ）; ③Unite the chemotherapy a weight stability ratio is obvious higher than chemotherapy set, and the stomach and intestines way responds to repress with the marrow lower than and pure chemotherapy in rate set. Conclusion： Shenqi Fuzheng injection can increase the result of the chemotherapy, lower the poison side effect of the chemotherapy.
