神舒定片中Nemonapride含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了测定神舒定片中Ｎｅｍｏｎａｐｒｉｄｅ含量的高效液相色谱法和紫外分光光度法两种方法。其中高效液相色谱法选用Ｓｈｉｍ－ｐａｃｋＯＤＳ柱，乙腈－３％三乙胺水溶液（用磷酸调节ｐＨ至２．０，３０∶７０）为流动相，检测波长为２５４ｎｍ，内标为盐酸尼卡地平，分析结果准确、重现性好，适用于含量测定；紫外分光光度法选用冰醋酸为溶剂，测定波长为３１５ｎｍ，赋料不干扰测定，方法简便快速、准确、灵敏度高，适用于含量均匀度检查。HPLC and UV spectrophotometry for the determination of nemonapride content in Emilace tablets were reported here Shim pack ODS column was used in HPLC,with acetonitrile 3% thiethylamine (30∶70;adjusting the pH to 2 0 with phosphoric acid) as mobile phase The detection wavelength was 254nm and the internal standard Nicadipine Hydrochloride This method shows high accuracy and could be repeated easily It is suitable for the content assay of Emilace tablets In UV spectrophotometry, acetic acid was applied as solvent,with the detection wavelength 315 nm It proved to be a simple, accurate,rapid and sensitive method and could be used to determine the content uniformity of Emilace tablets
