摘  要:以宁夏区体委自行车队运动员为受试对象,将其随机分为二组:对照组和试验组(口服10%的宁夏枸杞鲜汁饮料,相当于服用50g枸杞鲜汁1d)。实验前后,分别让运动员在功率自行车上以逐级递增负荷的方式运动至力竭,测定最大耗氧量(VO_2max)及全血SOD、GSH-PX、MDA血乳酸等生理、生化指标,以观察宁夏枸杞的清除活性氧及抗疲劳作用。结果表明:实验组全血SOD活性比对照组明显增强(P<0.05);血乳酸含量明显降低(P<0.05);宁夏枸杞能明显抑制MDA的生成。提示宁夏枸杞具有清除活性氧及抗疲劳作用。For the purpose of studying resisting fatigue effect and anti-oxidantion effectof Lycium barbarum L.(LBL), a number of professinal cyclists were divided into twogroups randomly,one group taking LBL juice orally(equivalent to 50 g LBL juice/d),while the other group taking blank juice both for 20 days.The cyclists rode on a power cy-cles everyday, their loads being kept going up grandually to exhaust the cyclists,their max-imum oxygen comsumption the activities of blood SOD, GSH-PX and MDA,lactic acidcontent were determined.The results showed that the activities of SOD,GSH-PX andmaximum oxygen consumption were high but the lactic acid wes low in the LBL group,it issuggested that LBL could play an important role in resisting fatigue effect and anti-oxida-tion effect in vitro.
