摘  要:目的:研究胆囊收缩素对孤束核中胃扩张相关神经元电活动的影响。方法:记录乌拉坦麻醉大鼠孤束核内胃扩张相关神经元的电活动,观察胃扩张以及静脉注射CCK对神经元电活动的影响。结果:外周静脉注射CCK对孤束核内胃扩张相关神经元自发电活动的影响是多样的,既具有兴奋效应(9/14),也具有抑制效应(5/14)。但对于胃扩张诱发的孤束核神经元放电,不管是胃扩张兴奋性神经元还是胃扩张抑制性神经元,CCK均表现为抑制效应。结论:外周CCK可以影响孤束核内胃扩张相关神经元的活动。Objective: To explore the effect of cholecystokinin on electricity activity of gastric distention related neurons in the nucleus of tractus solitarius. Methods: The effects of gastric distention and intravenous CCK on electricity activity of gastric distention related neurons in the nucleus of tractus solitarius were investigated in urethane anesthetized rats.Results : Intravenous CCK could obviously influence the spontaneous activity of gastric distention related neurons in the nucleus of tractus solitarius.Intravenous CCK could increase the discharge of gastric distention( GD )excited neurons (9/14) and decrease the discharge of GD inhibited neurons( 5/14 ) in NTS. Howerer, the effect of CCK on gastric distention-induced discharge of GD related neurons was always inhibitory.Conclusion:Circulating CCK and gastric distention have both excitatory and inhibitory effects on the electricity activity of gastric distention related neurons in NTS, but the effect of CCK on gastric distention-induced discharge of GD related neurons is inhibitory.The effect of gastric distention on spantenous discharge of neurons in NTS is similar to circulating CCK.
