摘 要:目的测量肱骨远端17项解剖学指标,为肱骨远段畸形矫正、内固定物及假体设计等提供参考依据。方法对108侧干燥防腐尸体肱骨远端标本相关数据进行测量(男30对、女24对),应用Stata7·0统计软件处理。结果肱骨远端前倾角、肱骨滑车外旋角、肱骨小头前倾角、肱骨滑车前倾角、肱骨髁体角、肱骨内外髁中心连线内旋角、肱骨滑车前端横径、肱骨滑车下端横径、肱骨滑车矢状径、内上髁至外上髁最大宽度、滑车最内侧缘至小头最外侧缘宽度、鹰嘴窝宽度、鹰嘴窝深度、内上髁宽度、尺神经沟深度、肱骨小头宽度、肱骨小头矢状径,男女之间的测量数据无显著差别(P>0·05)。结论进行肱骨远段畸形矫正、内固定物固定和假体置换时,要适合肱骨远端各项解剖参数,以期肘关节功能有良好恢复。Objective To measure 17 anatomical parameters of the distal end of the humerus in order to provide reference gist for correcting malformation of the distal end of the humerus and designing internal fixator and prosthesis. Methods The relative data of the distal end of the humerus were measured on 108 embalmed cadaver specimens of 30 men and 24 women. All data were calculated by Stata 7.0 statistic software. Results The parameters comprising the anteversion angle of the distal humerus, the lateral rotation angle of trochlea of the humerus, the anteverted angulation of capitellum, the anteverted angulation of trochlea, the condyle-shaft angle of humerus and the internal rotation angle of the line of lateral - medial eplcondyle, the horizontal diameter of the anterior end of the trochlea of the humerus, the horizontal diameter of the inferior end of the trochlea of the humerus, the sagittal diameter of trochlea of the humerus, the width between medial epicondyle and external epicondyie, the width between medial trochlea and lateral capitulum, the width of fossa of olecrane, the depth of fossa of olecrane, the width of medial epicondyle, the depth of sulcus of ulnar nerve, the width of capitulure of the humerus and the sagittal diameter of capitulum of the humerus for men and women were measured. There were no significant differences in the data between men and women (P 〉0.05). Conclusion The anatomical parameters of the distal end of the humerus should be considered in performing correction of elbow joint, internal fixation and prosthesis replacement in order to get better recover of elbow's function.
