摘　　要：建立了盐酸特拉唑嗪片中盐酸特拉唑嗪的含量测定的HPLC内标法。以盐酸阿夫唑嗪作为内标,采用Alltima-CN柱,流动相为0．05mol·L-1NaH2PO4溶液(0．5mol·L-1的NaOH溶液调pH值至5．0)-甲醇(65:35);检测波长:246nm。结果表明:盐酸特拉唑嗪在5-50μg·mL-1的范围内呈良好的线形关系。回收率为99．6％,RSD=1．1％,N=9。To establish a internal standard HPLC method for the determination of terazosin hydrochloride in terazosin hydrochloride tablets. Alfuzosin hydrochloride was used as internal standard, An alltima - CN column was used with 0.05 mol · L ^- 1 Nail2 po4 （ pH 5.0, adjusted with 0.5 mol · L^ - 1 NaOH） - methanol （65： 35 ） as mobile phase, detected at a wavelength of 244nm. Terazosin hydrochloride was showed good linearity in the concentration of 5 -50μg · mL^-1 , the average recovery was 99.6% with RSD of 1.1%.
