摘　　要：现代信息技术和通信技术的日益完善,使得数字化图书馆越来越成为未来图书馆的发展方向,而个性化信息服务成为数字图书馆的必由之路。文章讨论了馆员在数字图书馆个性化信息服务中所起的作用,及高品质个性化信息服务对馆员的要求。For the modem information technology and communication technology are more and more perfect, they make the digitized library become developing direction of the library in the future, and individualized information service becomes the necessary way of the digital library. The paper discussed the library office-staff function in the digital individualized information service of library, and the requisition for the library office-start＇in the high-quality individualized information service.
