摘　　要：建立了一种兼顾现有系统又遵循IEC61850的新型电力远动通信系统网络结构,分析了基于IEC61850的远动通信的特点和要求,构建了新型远动通信的多Agent系统模型,给出了系统中的2类主要通信实体的模板。该模板将IEC 61850标准、远动传输任务以及软件Agent的特点有机地结合在一起,为IEC61850的实现及其在调度自动化系统中的应用提供了借鉴。最后通过开发实验室原型系统验证了上述方法的可行性。On the basis of building a new type of network structure of telecontrol communication system for power grid, the authors analyzed the feature and requirement of IEC61850 based telecontrol communication system in depth; constructed a multi-agent system （MAS） model for telecontrol communica- tion; gave templates for two kinds of principal communication entities, i.e., IED Agent and DispatchingAgent, which integrate communication standards IEC 61850 and telecontrol transmission task with the characteristic of software agent. By means of developing a prototype system in laboratory, the feasibility of the constructed model is verified, thus it is available for reference in the implementation of 1EC61850 and application of this standard to dispatching automation system （DAS）.
