摘 要:随着自动化应用系统的增多,对各应用系统运行工况进行集中统一监控的要求日益迫切。作者提出建立开放、标准、通用、满足电力二次系统安全防护要求的电网调度自动化综合监控系统,介绍了其软件结构、网络拓扑和功能实现方案。系统强调了可扩充性,采用面向对象的处理模式和通用的规则引擎,定义了标准接口规范以支持灵活接入多个应用系统。该系统已在四川省调顺利投运,充当了自动化系统安全运行外部审计、监视的角色,提升了自动化信息质量和运行指标,缩短了故障处理时间,减轻了运行值班压力和劳动强度。Along with the increasing of automation application systems, it is urgent to carry out concentrated and unified monitoring of operation conditions of these application systems. For this reason, the authors propose a open, standardized, and versatile comprehensive monitoring system for power grid dispatching automation that can meet requirements in security and protection of power grid's secondary systems, and present its software structure, network topology and the scheme to implement functions. The expandability condition of the proposed monitoring system is emphasized in which the object-oriented processing mode and generalized rule engine are adopted; the standard interface specification is defined to support the flexible connection of the proposed monitoring system with other application systems. The proposed monitoring system is successfully put into operation in dispatching department of Sichuan power grid and takes charge of external auditing and supervisory, thus the time for fault recovery is shortened, the quality of automation information and operation index are improved, and the working condition of dispatchers on duty is improved.
