中药保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎护理体会

摘　　要：目的观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎的疗效及总结护理要点。方法将86例慢性结肠炎病人进行中药保留灌肠,配合精心护理。结果经过2～4个疗程的中药保留灌肠及精心护理,治愈32例,好转50例,无效4例,总有效率为93%。结论中药保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎能较快地调整并改善肠道功能紊乱,纠正肠道菌群失调,提高机体免疫力,修复损伤之肠黏膜,从而获得显著疗效。Objective To observe the effect of the treatment for chronic cohtis by reservation clystering with Chinese medicine and summarize the nursing key points.Methods We treated 86 cases with chronic colitis by reservation clystering with Chinese medicine and nursed them with the best care.Results After 2-4 periods＇ treatment by clystering with Chinese medicine and nursing carefully, 32 cases have been cured, 50 cases have improved and there is no effect on 4 cases. The overall efficient rate of the treatment has reached 93% .Conclusion The treatment for chronic colitis by reservation clystering with Chinese medicine can quickly adjust and improve the intestinal function disorder, correct the bacterial imbalance in the intestines, improve the organic immunity and repair the damage of the mucous membrane of the intestines. In this way a significant effect of treatment is achieved.
