摘　　要：首先，对辽宁省气象局的电子邮件系统进行了简单的介绍，然后，从电子邮件系统的安全机制方面，提出了该系统使用过程中出现的用户验证字过期的问题．最后针对不同情况给出了几种处理Notes用户验证字过期问题的方法。着重分析了几种处理Notes用户验证字过期方法的异同点．以及根据实际情况推荐选用的方法。At first, the E-mail system of Liaoning Meteorological Bureau is introduced simply. Secondly, it is brought up a problem that a Notes certificate is out-of-date during using the system on the side of the security.of E-mail system. At last, several ways is given to deal with expired Notes certificates that aimed at different cases. The similarities and dissimilarities of the ways are analyzed with emphasis to deal with expiration of Notes certificates, and an idea is given to adopt which ways under different cases.
