肾虚证的食疗研究

摘　　要：本研究用皮肤烧伤复制急病及肾所致肾虚证的动物模型，然后分别用壮阳食物及滋阴食物组成的复方进行治疗实验。结果发现壮阳食物能促进睾丸间质细胞之恢复，血清睾酮水平相应增高；而滋阴食物则以促进睾丸精曲细管生精上皮之修复为优，且具有明显提高Cortisone及LH的作用。电镜超微结构观察则显示二组食疗方均能改善腺垂体促生殖激素细胞之结构。肾上腺皮质病变改善情况滋阴食物组优于壮阳食物组。In this experimental stuay we use the method of buring the skin on the back of rat to reproduce the Shen-xu model.Forty SD rats are divided into four groups:as control,burned,burned then fed by food-prescription NO 1 for supporting Shen-yang,burned then fed by food-prescription NO2 for nourishing the Shen-ying. The results show that NO 1 can promote the repair of interstitial cell in the testes,and elevate the testosterone level in serum;but the NO 2 can promote the repair of germinal epithelium in the testicular tubules,and elevate the cortisone and LH level inserum.By the E/M observation,both of NO 1 and NO 2 can improve the structures of gonadotrophs in the pituatary.On repairing the lesions in the adrenal gland NO 2 seems better than NO 1.
