摘　　要：如果拿着北京判决的结果到全国去和上千家的“唐人街”商标使用者打官司,这些企业败诉的几率相当地高。A golden signboard in the industry, Beijing Mo Shiyuan Restaurant was brought to court several days ago, accused of violation of its trademark rights by the plaintiff. On July 20, verdict has been given by the first people's court of middle level stating that the plaintiff owns the legal rights of the trademark, for which violation the restaurant would have to pay RMB 490 thousand as indemnity. Should this kind of suit with ill intention be inhibited? Can it be classified as accusation of ill intention?
