影响山羊胚胎移植效果的因素初探

摘　　要：为探讨最佳的胚胎移植方案,提高胚胎移植效率,试验以不同受体山羊为研究对象,比较了不同受体品种、移植胚胎数目、不同季节等因素对胚胎移植效果的影响。结果表明:不同品种受体和移植季节对胚胎移植效果影响不显著(P>0.05);胚胎移植数目对妊娠率没有显著影响(P>0.05),但移植一枚胚胎的胚胎受孕率显著高于移植二枚和三枚胚胎(P<0.01)。To study the optimal process of embyro transfer and improve the efficacy of embryo transfer, One of the factors influencing effects of embyro transfer in different recepter goats, breed of recipients,embryo number per recipient, season of embyro transfer were studied in this trial. The result showed that the different breed of recipients and season had not significant effect on embyro transfer, when one,two,three embryo （s） were （was）transferred, the pregnancy rates of recipient were not significantly different; howeve, pregnancy rate of embryos declined serioursly in the recepter goats transfered two to three embryos（p〈0.01） .
