摘  要:本文针对邯钢三炼钢厂100吨小炉容比顶底复吹转炉,装入量大,散状料消耗高,喷溅严重,终点命中率低等问题,主要从优化转炉入炉炉料结构入手,对操作工艺进行优化,使得散状料消耗大幅降低,终点命中率提高,钢铁料消耗降低,取得了明显的经济效益。This article blowing converters in mainly analyzes several tipical cases existed No. 3 steelmaking plant of Hansteel Group in Top-bottom combined Corporation, such as over-charging, high bulk material consumption, serious slopping, low ending hitting rate and so on. The proportion of the material charged into the converters was optimized and the operation process was enhanced. The optimization has resulted in a reduction in both bulk and metal materials consumption and consequently increase in ending hitting rate, and finally benefits was increased remarkably.
