苹果与黄瓜表面三种农药的去除效果试验

摘  要:目的:研究自来水与水处理器出水对苹果与黄瓜表面乐果、β-六六六、溴氰菊酯的去除率。方法:将乐果、β-六六六、溴氰菊酯喷雾于苹果与黄瓜表面晒干约4h后,经过自来水与水处理器出水进行清洗后,利用二氯甲烷提取并通过气质联机进行检测。结果:自来水与水处理器出水对苹果表面的农药去除效果没有明显差异;水处理器出水对黄瓜表面农药的去除效果明显优于自来水。结论:水处理器出水去除苹果表面农药的效果优于黄瓜。Objective: To assess the eliminating effect of Dimethoate, β-BHC, Butoflin on the apple and cucumber washed by tap water and water from the treatment devices of drinking water. Methods: Spray Dimethoate, β-BHC and Butoflin on the apple and cucumber, then shine about 4 hours, wash the apple and cucumber by the tap water and water from the treatment devices of drinking water. Then utilize the CH2Cl2 extracting Dimethoate,β-BHC and Butoflin and examine by using GC/MS. Results: The eliminating effect of Dimethoate, β-BHC, Butoflin on the apple washed by tap water and water from the treatment devices of drinking water were not diference. The eliminating effect of Dimethoate, β-BHC, Butoflin on the cucumber washed by water from the treatment devices of drinking water were better than the effect by the tap water. Conclusion: The eliminating effect of the Dimethoate, β-BHC and Butoflin of utilizing the water from the treatment devices of drinking water on the apple is better than the cucumber.
