网络制造环境下注塑模CAD/CAE系统集成的研究与实现

摘　　要：分析网络环境下的注塑模CAD/CAE协同工作流程,结合网络化制造和注塑成型CAE系统的特点和发展过程,提出基于Internet的解决方案。为实现CAD、CAE的协同工作,开发基于协同工作流管理的网络服务系统,实现CAD/CAE数据传输、工艺参数配置以及分析结果显示的系统集成。同时,提出基于W eb Services的解决方案,提出采用标准化、更开放的网络信息集成平台,以期推动注塑模CAD/CAE等数字化制造技术在网络环境下的应用和发展。Analyses the cooperative work flow of mould injecting CAD/CAE under the network environment, integrates networked manufacturing and the characteristics and development process of injection molding CAE system, a solution based on Internet is presented. Network service system based on cooperative work flow administration has been developed, and CAD/CAE data transfer, configuration of process parameters, display of results have been realized for the purpose of cooperating work of CAD/CAE. At the same time,a solution based on Web Services is presented, using a more standard and open network information integration platform to promote the application and development of digital manufacturing technology including mould injecting CAD/CAE in network environment.
