摘  要:根据强化絮凝过程的高密度微分场理论,将微分旋流絮凝技术应用于水厂沉淀池的改造实践。在不增加构筑物占地面积的情况下,生产能力由2×104m3/d增加为3.5×104m3/d,沉淀池出水浊度下降了64%,增加水量的单位投资为95.7元。该技术投资省、效果好,适于在小城镇水厂扩建改造中推广应用。According to the theory of high density differential field in enhanced flocculation, differential rotational-flow flocculation technology was applied in the reconstruction practice of sedimentation tank of a water plant. On the precondition that no additional ground area is occupied by constructions, yield capacity increases from 2 × 10^4 m^3/d to 3.5 × 10^4 m^3/d. The treated water turbidity of sedimenta- tion tank declines by 64%. Unit investment for increased water is 95.7 Yuan. This technology is cost-effective and efficient. It' s worthwhile to be popularized in the extension and reconstruction of small town water plants.
