摘  要:介绍了百乐克(B IOLAK)工艺的工艺流程及特点,并提出在实际运行中该工艺存在缺少沉砂预处理步骤、脱氮效果不稳定、二沉池沉淀效果不理想等问题,针对于此提出了优化设计方案,包括增加沉砂预处理系统、设置独立脱氮区、在沉淀池后增设稳定池等措施,并已应用于工程实际。The flow and characteristic of BIOLAK process were introduced, and existing problems in practice about shortage of grit chamber as pre-treatment, unsteady nitrogen removal effect and imperfect settling effect of secondary sedimentation tank were presented. Aim at these problems, the optimal design was put forward, including adding a grit chamber as pre-treatment system, setting an independent nitrogen removal area, adding a stabilization tank after sedimentation tank, etc., also these improvements were put into practice.
