摘　　要：介绍了电脑型全自动手套机的工作原理。以80C32单片机为核心,结合液晶显示电路、开关量输入输出电路、键盘矩阵电路、RS-485通信电路等,构建了控制器的硬件系统。讨论了软件系统实现的功能,分析了控制原理,并给出了软件程序框图。实际应用表明,本系统的设计方案合理可行,稳定可靠,具有较高的性价比和实用价值。This paper introduces the principle of flail automatic glove knitting machine. The hardware system is designed, which uses the Intel MCS-51 series single chip microprocessor （80C32） , LCD circuit, switch signal input/output circuit, keyboard array circuit and RS-485 conmmunication circuit, etc. The software function and control theory are discussed in detail. Finally, the corresponding main program flow chart is presented. The application demonstrates that the proposed strategy is available, reasonable, stable and reliable. This system has high perfomance and low cost.
