摘　　要：目的利用EMG探索痉挛性斜颈(ST)痉挛肌的分布规律,提高各型手术的设计能力和手术疗效。方法通过如下研究确定痉挛肌的分布及其主次地位:①确认靶肌和电极入路;②痉挛肌和拮抗肌EMG分级;③ST EMG分型;④痉挛肌在各型ST的出现率及其主、次地位。根据临床与EMG结果制定手术策略。结果以上述EMG检查方法为依据,对121例ST设计手术,结果优良率为86.4%。结论改进的EMG检查是对ST病人行周围去神经术和三联手术前的重要举措。Objective To investigate into distribution of the spasmodic muscle in spasmodic torticollis （ST） for improving the level of operative designing and surgical results. Methods The distribution of spasmodic cervical muscles were affirmed by the following methods： ①Confirming the target muscle and electrode approach. ② Grading of the spasmodic muscle and antagonistic muscle. ③EMG typing of ST. ④The incidence and order of spasmodic muscles in various types of ST. A surgical strategy for ST was designed according to the for-mentioned EMG test and clinical symptoms of ST. Results A excellent or good results was obtained in 86.4% in 121 cases of ST. Conclusion A modified EMG method is helpful in peripheral denervation and triple surgery for ST.
