静息状态下精神分裂症患者SPECT脑血流影像分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨精神分裂症患者SPECT脑血流灌注影像的特点。材料和方法：对23名精神分裂症患者的静息状态局部脑血流(rCBF)图像进行分析,并与正常对照组比较。结果：精神分裂症患者的影像主要表现为额叶低灌注,以左侧为著,部分患者颞叶亦灌注减低,精分组与对照组相比,额叶减低最为明显,其中又以左额叶为著；其次为颞叶、顶叶、枕叶。结论：SPECT脑rCBF在精神分裂症患者中有明显的异常表现,对该病的研究能够提供依据。Purpose： This study was designed to investigate the characteristics of the region cerebral blood flow （rCBF） in patients with schizophrenia and the relationship between rCBF and clinical manifestations.Materials and Methods： The rCBF in 23 patients of schizophrenia was measured with SPECT. The psychiatric symptoms of all patients were assessed with PANSS. The results were compared with that of 19 normal controls. Results： The baseline rCBF at frontal and temporal lobes were lower in schizophrenia than that in controls. The most affected was left frontal lobe. Conclusion： The rCBF in schizophrenia was abnormal as compared with normal persons.
