摘  要:比较了HVA-2复合硫化体系与硫黄硫化体系和过氧化物硫化体系的并用胶性能,应用正交实验法研究了体系中各因素对并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,HVA-2复合硫化体系力学性能优越,但抗热氧老化性能较差;硫黄和DCP是影响并用胶性能的主要因素,体系中各因素的最佳配比为硫黄0.7,DCP 1.5,HVA-22.5,促进剂CZ 0.7。The properties comparason of NR/EPDM vulcanized with HVA-2 compounded curing system with peroxide DCP and sulfur system was made. The effect of S,DCP, HVA-2 and CZ on the properties of NR/EPDM was studied by ortheogonal experiment. The results showed that the mechanical properties of NR/EPDM vulcanized with HVA-2 compounded curing system were better,but the thermal oxidizion aging property was worse. The properties of NR/EPDM were influenced by the two important factors S and DCP. The optimal formulation educed through orthogonal design was sulfur 0.7,DCP 1.5 HVA-2 2.5,accelerant CZ 0.7.
