摘 要:基于热阻力法则和比等效导热系数相等法则以及简单的传热模型,分别建立了简化的无机粒子填充聚合物复合材料传热的串联和并联模型,推导出相应的等效导热系数公式,并估算了碳酸钙填充聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料的等效导热系数。最后应用ANSYS软件对该体系传热过程进行二维有限元模拟。结果表明,模拟值和计算值较为接近,且均随碳酸钙体积分数的增加而提高,两者之间近乎呈线性关系。Base on the minimum thermal resistance law and the law of ratio effective thermal conductivity and a simple model, a simplified series model and a parallel model were established, and corresponding formulate of effective thermal conductivity of inorganic particle filled polymer composite were derived. The effective conductivities of calcium carbonate filled polyphenylene sulfide(PPS/Ca- CO3 )composites were estimated. Finally,a two-dimension finite element simulation for the heat transfer process in this system was made with an ANSYS software. The results showed that the simulations were close to the calculations,and increased with an addition of the volume fraction of CaCO3 ,and the relationship between them was roughly linear.
