摘　　要：对清朝在甘肃的设治和经营进行了细致的梳理,清朝在此主要实行土司制度,它是清政府处理边陲民族地区事务的重要组成部分,清朝的不断努力为统一多民族国家的兴盛奠定了基础。The author carefully studies the established administrations and management of Ching Dynasty in Gansu region and believes that Ching Dynasty mainly carried out a chieftain system, which was an important part of Ching Dynasty＇s politics for handling ethnic frontier areas. The continuous endeavor of Ching Dynasty laid down the basis for prosperity of the united multi-ethnic country.
