不同种类黄芪中多糖含量的比较

摘　　要：目的：本文对不同品种(蒙古黄芪、膜英黄芪)黄芪中多糖成分进行含量测定。方法：运用水提醇沉法提取蒙古黄芪,膜荚黄芪,用苯酚-浓硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果：以葡萄糖为对照品,苯酚-浓硫酸比色法测定线性关系良好,平均回收率99．50%,RSD1．25%。结论：不同品种,不同产地黄芪根中含有的多糖存在较大差异。Objective：Thls paper studied astragalan polysaccharide extracted from different kinds and different origin of astraglus .The polysaccharide was obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation, Methods： Content determination with phenol sulfuric acid colorhnetric method. Results： the correlation coefficient of phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method with the glucose reference was better. The average recovery was 99.50% with RSD of 1.25%. Conclusion： there are great different kinds of astragalan polysaccharide component in two kinds and origin of Astragalus.
