摘 要:目的:本文对不同品种(蒙古黄芪、膜英黄芪)黄芪中多糖成分进行含量测定。方法:运用水提醇沉法提取蒙古黄芪,膜荚黄芪,用苯酚-浓硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果:以葡萄糖为对照品,苯酚-浓硫酸比色法测定线性关系良好,平均回收率99.50%,RSD1.25%。结论:不同品种,不同产地黄芪根中含有的多糖存在较大差异。Objective:Thls paper studied astragalan polysaccharide extracted from different kinds and different origin of astraglus .The polysaccharide was obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation, Methods: Content determination with phenol sulfuric acid colorhnetric method. Results: the correlation coefficient of phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetric method with the glucose reference was better. The average recovery was 99.50% with RSD of 1.25%. Conclusion: there are great different kinds of astragalan polysaccharide component in two kinds and origin of Astragalus.
