摘　　要：黄河调水调沙在加大下游河道排洪能力的同时,也使焦作河段河道受到冲刷,河道工程的出险概率增加,给防汛工作带来了新的问题。在强化执法、增强防汛意识的基础上,应采取完善河道工程规划,提高领导决策能力,加强防汛队伍建设,应用新技术、新材料、新工艺等一系列措施,保证河道行洪安全。While water and silt regulation in the Yellow River has increased flood discharge capacity of downstream river channel, the silts in the river section of Jiaozuo was flushed as well. It has correspondingly increased the possibility of dyke breakage in Jiaozuo. Measures including improvement of river channeling, increase of decision-making capacity, reinforcement of flood control team, application of new technologies and materials should be adopted on the basis of strengthening enforcement of laws and increasing floud control awareness.
